    Hi, I'm Carrie

    I help women in midlife feel strong, clear-headed, and confident again while building a foundation for long-term health.

    As a professional competitive physique athlete with a background in fitness and healthcare, I believed I was doing everything right. Still, I found myself exhausted, foggy, and frustrated as my symptoms were brushed off as just getting older. That experience changed everything.


    I began advocating for my own health, learning how perimenopause and menopause affect energy, metabolism, and long-term wellbeing. What I discovered helped me rebuild my health with intention, not pressure, and it’s what I now share with other women.


    Today, my work is about helping you feel better now while protecting your strength, independence, and quality of life for years to come.
